Global Graduate Programme
Our two-year Global Graduate Programme runs from 2018-2020 with the objective to develop ambitious and passionate Graduates for a career within General Management.
We offer an outstanding development opportunity at a global level, a working environment across functions and geographies, as well as a competitive compensation package.
The first year is on an assignment in your home-base region, and will relocate to another region during the second year. The assignments are within the areas of Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, and are determined by Pandora based on the strengths and preferences of the Graduates as well as Pandora's global business needs.
