Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. Pandora first established a presence here in 2003, and in 2007 Pandora opened its first concept store in the USA, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Pandora Americas region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 150 being owned and operated by Pandora.
About our team
The Pandora team in the USA consists of more than 200 employees working at the regional head office in Baltimore, Maryland, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 2,000 in our owned and operated stores.
A close-knit team defined by our collaborative spirit, we always go the extra mile and proactively explore new processes to ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. We are enthusiastic and energetic in our commitment to Pandora, our brand and our beautiful products, and genuinely enjoy working with one another.
