Pandora Italy is managed from our local office in Milan and is part of the EMEA region, with a regional head office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Pandora Italy is the lead market of Southern Europe, which is one of the four clusters of the EMEA region.

Pandora first entered the Italian market, Europe’s largest market for fine jewellery, in 2010, and Italy is one of Pandora’s key new markets. We sell our jewellery through stores owned and operated by Pandora, franchised stores, as well as a large number of multi-brand jewellery retailers.

About our team
The Pandora Italy team is driven and dynamic. Of our more than 900 employees, around 90 work in the Milan office covering a range of functions, including:

The remainder are employed in field positions throughout Italy, or are retail professionals working in our company-owned stores in Italy’s cities.
