Manage Pandora’s global corporate telephony and video conferencing solutions, driving simplicity and world class user experience.

Shaping communications technology globally for colleagues and customers. 
Pandora are undergoing a vast digital transformation and need an exceptional individual to lead unification of the telephony and video solutions globally. You will operate in a senior hybrid capacity of design leadership, project leadership, architecture, problem resolution and vendor management. 
You will contribute to global technology roadmaps for your domain, driving usability, quality of U/X and ensuring return on investments for Pandora. It is critical to this role, that stable operations and continuous improvement are constantly present in the design and delivery across the domains of telephony and video. You will need to embed best practice for IT security across all domain activities.


A bit about you
Constantly curious with an insatiable appetite for problem solving and a passion for simple, but highly effective design, placing exceptional user experience at the pinnacle of design considerations. You will need a demonstrable track record of leading the unified comms domain at a similar scale (27000 employees across 100 countries). Comfortable with operating in large scale digital transformation programs, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
