Leading ecommerce architecture, to create excellent customer experiences. 
As Architect (Front End) you will support our strategic ambition to be industry leading in omnichannel and grow our Global eCommerce business by providing critical in-house expertise on building class leading UI experiences on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. Your daily work will be a combination of hands-on solution design, rapid prototyping, working with the product team to architect appropriate solutions for business needs/roadmap items, review and oversight of solutions proposed as well as hands-on coding. You will be responsible for supporting our global initiatives in developing, updating, maintaining and the continued evolution of our expanding eCommerce global footprint. 

Other than that, you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining and improving our e2e eCommerce solutions architecture and managing the solutions delivered by a growing team of web developers 
  • Review and suggest proposed solutions during early stages of process and provide details of trade-offs to decision makers collaboratively
  • Work with, and support internal teams, product management, UX, and technical resources on requirements gathering, issue logging and tracking
  • Own the end-to-end requirements definition, specifications, vendor, reviews, design and timelines and effort estimates for key initiatives

 

A bit about you
Constantly curious with an insatiable appetite for problem solving and a passion for simple, but highly effective design, placing exceptional user experience at the pinnacle of design considerations. You will need a demonstrable track record of leading the front-end salesforce commerce cloud architecture at a similar scale. (approx. 100 countries). Comfortable with operating in large scale digital transformation programs, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
