Enable superior shopping experiences through creative learning content 
Pandora is passionate about the omni shopper journey, and in the role of Digital Learning Content Developer, you will capture this passion and knowledge to share it in digital content for learners worldwide. You will be part of an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited and performance-driven people. We are a small, relatively newly created Retail Excellence department with various backgrounds and areas of expertise, and you will work with various teams in our organisation to build learning modules. This specifically includes understanding the needs of our retail teams across 10 Commercial Clusters as well as the needs of our shoppers. 

You will work in a global role to design and create digital learning content supporting more than 35,000 Pandora retail team members around the world. The goal is to convey the expectations of how our shoppers should feel when they visit a Pandora store and provide learning tools to support our teams to deliver this through quality and personal service. Further, you will: 
 

  • Interpret Product styles and key information to deliver e-learning and classroom training modules determined by the trading line up and promotional calendar 
  • Deliver modules on time to all 10 clusters throughout the year 
  • Provide ad hoc training programs to support key strategic initiatives e.g., Click and Collect Shopper Journey, Video Calling etc.
  • Measure progress and impact according to Shopper NPS, Employee NPS, Completion of Training Modules, etc. 

 

A strong content creator
We imagine that you have the ability to combine a strong interest in Pandora jewelry with creative instructional design skills to produce fun and memorable modules. You will enjoy working in a small team to produce content in-house and managing all aspects of digital learning design and translation. Your goal should be to engage the learning community with a strong visual aesthetic based on good design and learning principals. 


You should have the ability to work in a small team of digital learning professionals, yet also take responsibility for own work. An interest in Pandora jewelry product knowledge and craftsmanship is crucial, and ideally you have some experience from the retail industry and know the skills that are required. Understanding the shopper’s needs and making sure our retail teams are equipped to address them is critical. You find it natural to plan ahead and meet frequent deadlines. You should be able to work with people from different functions in various locations across the world, many of them subject matter experts.  

As a prospective professional you demonstrate knowledge and understanding of training philosophy and adult learning theory. Ideally you have at least 2 years of experience in a digital Learning or instructional design role. Beyond that you have instructional design skills and a creative approach in developing solutions. Further to that, you have:  

  • Experience of implementing translated digital learning modules  
  • A flair for design and experience with authoring tools 
  • Fluency in English (Danish is not a requirement) 
  • Previous experience of working in a multi-cultural matrix organization is an advantage 
  • Skills in Microsoft applications as well as e-learning authoring tools such as RISE and Storyline 360.
  • Preferably skills in Multimedia editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, such as InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
