Agile Coach

Do you love working with agile teams, nurturing people and performance?
This role is pivotal to Pandora’s digital journey, as we become a truly agile, technology and product driven organization. The role requires a real passion and an ability for agile coaching.

You will be playing a key role in building up an outstanding Agile Coach Hub, committed to support Pandora’s agile transformation. Working directly with cross functional, agile teams and leadership, training and coaching on agile methodologies, product centric mindset, and DevOps practices  to create a culture and team capabilities built for outstanding digital product delivery and performance. 

As change agent you drive up the organisational momentum through employee involvement, events, and demonstrate the benefits of our new way of working to the wider organisation.
You will help Pandora in building out its strong tech-DNA and collaborate with Copenhagen tech scene to share practices and experiences. 

You will be part of a Start-up team responsible for the design of the Agile Hub . Here you work with other like-minded agile coaches to co-create the our new agile operating model – using industry best practices and your own experience.

Agile coaching success at Pandora? 
To succeed you will need a mix of the skills and personality traits below:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Influential thought leader with renowned agile expertise, who can lead and coach by example
• High energy and winning personality
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum practices, preferably qualified
• Has experience with OKRs as a framework to measure outcomes of teams
• Experience with software development practices as BDD / TDD principles and CI/CD
• Familiar with techniques to promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
• Passionate problem solver 
• Experience gained in a scaled organisational transformation
• 2+ years of experience working with an agnostic scaled, agile model
• 2+ years' experience of working as an Agile Coach or similar role
• Strong passion for retail, e-commerce, or technology / digital
